MediLam is a web conversion machine capable of
laminating, die cutting, island placement and stripping
for the production of advanced burn and wound
dressings.
Developed for a leading medical conversion company, MediLam can be configured for multiple web operation, covering a wide range of conversion requirements.
MediLam is capable of very finely controlled tension regulation on all of its stations simultaneously and independently. Stations may be lock to line or be servo controlled to be in a complex programmable relationship with the line.
These systems are designed to operate in ISO class 7 clean room environments.
